Lard is a visiting card of Ukraine, it is always present on the tables. On the basis of lard, a very tasty spread for sandwiches is prepared. Such a dish turns out to be tasty, tender and nutritious.

Cut the skin off the bacon and cut into cubes.

Scroll the bacon through a meat grinder. Pass the peeled garlic through a press. Wash the dill and chop finely. Transfer lard, dill and garlic to a bowl.

Mix all ingredients well, salt and season to taste.

Spread several layers of cling film on a cutting board. Put the prepared mass of lard, garlic and herbs on the film, form a sausage from it and twist it into cling film. Place the spread in the refrigerator and let it harden a little.
