Tender and juicy chicken fillet cutlets

Tender chicken cutlets cook very quickly. They can be baked in the oven, fried, or steamed. We suggest frying for a crispy golden brown.

Wash the fillets, pat dry with paper towels and cut into small cubes.

Add the egg and sour cream to the meat, mix well. Then add flour, salt and spices to taste, leave to marinate for 25 minutes.

Pour the sunflower oil into a preheated pan, spread the minced meat with a tablespoon, forming cutlets.

Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown, then put them in a pan and simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Tender and juicy cutlets are ready, serve them with vegetables and pasta.
