Delicate rhubarb pie

This is a delicious pie filled with rhubarb and sour cream. Rhubarb gives the delicacy a natural sweetness, and the dough itself is very crumbly and aromatic. What you need for a good family tea party!

Rhubarb pods need to be peeled from the red skin. Now we cut them into pieces about 2 cm long. Mix them with 6 tbsp. sugar and leave to let the rhubarb juice.

Sift the flour through a strainer and mix it with baking powder and a spoonful of sugar.

We heat the margarine over low heat and beat it with an egg in a light foam.

We mix the finished margarine mass with milk, as well as flour and baking powder.

We take a baking dish, coat the bottom and sides well with vegetable oil. We spread the dough in an even layer and send it to the refrigerator for 15 minutes so that the dough thickens.

Mix another egg with sour cream, add starch, vanilla sugar and a mass with rhubarb to them, mix.
