Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Prepare the ingredients for your winter tomato snack. Thoroughly rinse tomatoes, bell peppers, hot peppers and parsley under running water and then dry. Peel the garlic. Measure out the required amount of granulated sugar, salt, and apple cider vinegar.
step 2 out of 7
Choose strong but ripe tomatoes. Peel the dried tomatoes and cut into slices. Place the chopped tomatoes in a deep container.
step 3 out of 7
Cut hot and bell peppers in half, peel from seeds and core. Place the peeled hot and bell peppers, parsley and garlic in a blender bowl and grind until smooth. Add the required amount of salt and beat again with a blender.
step 4 out of 7
Pour the cooked marinade on top of the chopped tomatoes. Add the required amount of granulated sugar and apple cider vinegar. Stir gently and leave to infuse for about 30 minutes.
step 5 out of 7
Prepare the jars and wash them thoroughly and sterilize them in the microwave or oven. Fill sterile jars with this snack.
step 6 out of 7
Put the lids in a saucepan with water, put on medium heat and boil for about 10 minutes. Cover the jars with lids and place in a pan covered with a towel, pour warm water over the hangers of the jars, bring to a boil and sterilize for 5-7 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
Gently remove hot jars with a fragrant tomato appetizer from the pan, and tighten the lids well. Then turn them upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket, and leave them in this form until they cool completely for about a day. Then move the jars to a cool storage area. After a few days, you can take a sample.

Enjoy!
