According to the proposed recipe, you can cook strong crispy pickled cucumbers for the winter, without which neither vinaigrette, nor pickle, nor Olivier will taste. We ferment the cucumbers in a cold way, then boil the brine and re-fill the cucumbers with it. Roll jars of cucumbers, which prevents the cucumbers from further fermentation and makes them taste like barrels.

Pre-soak the cucumbers for 2-3 hours in cold water, then rinse and cut off the ends. Also rinse the herbs under running water. Peel the chives.

Wash jars for preparation well. You do not need to sterilize them. Put prepared spices in each jar.

Then put the prepared cucumbers into the jars compactly and beautifully. A 3 liter jar can hold up to 30 small cucumbers. Place dill on top of the cucumbers.
