Cucumbers for the winter without sugar

Pickled cucumbers are an excellent appetizer option, as well as an addition to hot dishes. In this recipe, we suggest using citric acid instead of vinegar, a traditional preservative. It will turn out just as well. When choosing cucumbers for pickling, you should give preference to small vegetables.
