And here is another recipe for making cucumbers for the winter: delicious, crispy and very appetizing! To keep cucumber jars standing for a long time and not exploding, choose only suitable varieties for preservation. This time we will marinate the cucumbers not whole, but in small slices along with vinegar and vegetable oil. For piquancy, add garlic and pepper to the seaming.

Rinse the cucumbers very well from dirt, prepare all the other ingredients. Wash the container for preservation well, scald it with boiling water.

Cut cucumbers into slices, into 6 or more slices each, and place in a bowl. Then fill the cucumber slices with chopped garlic, add vegetable oil, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar there. Stir everything well.

Let the cucumbers infuse for 2 hours in a bowl under the lid, from time to time they need to be stirred.

Cover the jars with lids, place them in a pan with hot water reaching up to the hangers of the jars. Moderate the fire under the pan and sterilize the seams. The time depends on the volume of your cans: 10 minutes - 0.5 liter cans, 20 minutes - liter cans. Then roll up all the cans tightly, put them on the lids and wrap them with something warm until they cool completely. When the canning has cooled down, put the jars in your pantry for storage.
