Cucumbers for the winter with aspirin

Aspirin has been widely used in vegetable preservation since the days of the Soviet Union. Used ordinary aspirin, acetylsalicylic acid, this agent has preservation properties, like citric acid or vinegar.

Pre-sterilize cans and lids for seaming. Put the cucumbers in clean, dry jars, shifting them with spices (garlic, dill, horseradish, pepper).

Pour salt on top and fill the jars with cucumbers with water, cover with lids and leave for a day.

After a day, drain the water from the cucumbers into a saucepan, add sugar, bring to a boil, cook for 2-3 minutes. Put two aspirin tablets in each jar for cucumbers, fill them with hot marinade, add one tablespoon of vinegar. Roll up the jars and leave to cool at room temperature. Store pickle rolls in a cool place.
