Original and spicy cucumbers for the winter are obtained with the addition of dry mustard. The appetizer will serve as an excellent addition to hot dishes.

Put cherry leaves, currants, horseradish, garlic cloves on the bottom. Then we spread the cucumbers. If you wish, you can cut off the ends of them. On top of everything, fall asleep with three tablespoons of salt and pour boiling water. We cover with a lid and leave to be taught for a couple of days.

After a while, we return to the cucumbers. A thin film forms on the surface. We remove it, and pour the brine into a saucepan, where we boil it again.
