Cucumbers for the winter with vodka

I propose a recipe for crispy aromatic pickled cucumbers with vodka for the winter. Delicious cucumbers go well with fried potatoes. They can also be used in the preparation of various salads. Spicy cucumbers can be added to pickle or hodgepodge.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Collect the required amount of homemade cucumbers.
step 2 out of 9
Wash fresh cucumbers thoroughly under running water. Place in a deep container and cover with cold water. Leave to soak for 2 hours.
step 3 out of 9
Rinse the required leaves and herbs well.
step 4 out of 9
Peel the garlic and cut the cloves into several pieces. Wash hot peppers and cut into several pieces. Remove seeds.
step 5 out of 9
Wash the jars well and sterilize them in the oven, in the microwave or in a water bath, boil the lids in a saucepan or simply pour over boiling water. Put dill, horseradish, oak and black currant leaves on the bottom of a sterile jar, add garlic, black peppercorns, bay leaf and hot red pepper. Arrange the cucumbers tightly.
step 6 out of 9
Pour boiling water over the jars, cover and leave for 15-20 minutes. Drain the water into a saucepan, add coarse salt, granulated sugar and vodka. Boil.
step 7 out of 9
Pour cucumbers with hot marinade and pour in vinegar essence.
step 8 out of 9
Screw the jars tightly with the lids and turn upside down. Cool the jars as they are, and then store the jars in a cool place.
step 9 out of 9
The cucumbers are aromatic and crispy.

Bon Appetit!
