Cucumbers for the winter in a 1.5 liter jar

I want to share a wonderful recipe for pickled cucumbers for the winter. The calculation of the ingredients is given for a 1.5-liter jar - the ideal volume of the container, opening which, the cucumbers instantly fly away and do not remain sour in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Wash freshly picked homemade cucumbers thoroughly in running water. Transfer to a large container - a basin or saucepan. Cover with cold water and leave to soak for 2-3 hours. After the time has elapsed, wash again, let dry and cut off the ends.
step 2 out of 7
While the cucumbers are soaking, wash the jars with a dishwashing sponge and detergent. Place to sterilize in a water bath, microwave or oven. Wash the dill herbs well. Peel the garlic. Put dill, bay leaf and garlic on the bottom of sterile jars
step 3 out of 7
Distribute the prepared cucumbers in the jar so that as little empty space as possible remains. Boil water in a kettle or a saucepan in advance and completely fill the jars of cucumbers, cover with clean lids, after pouring boiling water over them. And leave it on for 3 hours.
step 4 out of 7
Drain the water from the cans into a saucepan, add granulated sugar, coarse salt and table vinegar. Bring to a boil.
step 5 out of 7
Add black peppercorns and mustard beans to the jars.
step 6 out of 7
Pour jars of cucumbers with cooked hot marinade and screw the lids well. Turn the rolled jars upside down. Cover with a blanket and leave to cool completely.
step 7 out of 7
Then, move the jars to a dark, cool place for long-term storage.

Bon Appetit!
