For preservation, we choose fresh cucumbers without flabby sides and traces of spoilage. The size of the cucumbers should be small, no more than 12-13 cm. To make the vegetables crispy, be sure to use cucumbers only with pimples and a uniform green color. Selected cucumbers should be thoroughly washed and covered with cold water for 4 hours. If the water has time to heat up, change it to cold. We also rinse the greens necessary for preservation. We prepare all the spices in the amount required according to the recipe.

We sterilize liter jars and lids in a convenient and familiar way.

We put one umbrella of dill in sterilized jars. Divide the currant leaves and horseradish into two parts and place in jars. Here we put two cloves of garlic and three peas of black pepper.

Why sterilize jars if they are not sterile vegetables?. It is enough to wash well and rinse with warm water so that the baths are not cold. Pour boiling water over afterwards anyway, this will be sterilization.
