An unusual, but very tasty recipe for canned vegetables - cucumbers for the winter in tomato sauce. Cucumbers prepared using this technology are invariably fragrant, spicy and crunchy. It is simply impossible to tear yourself away from them!

Wash cucumbers, soak in cold water for several hours for elasticity. Then drain the water, cut the cucumbers into quarters.

Peel the garlic, chop finely. Pour cucumbers, garlic, sugar, salt, ground pepper, paprika into a large saucepan, add sunflower oil and tomato paste. Mix everything thoroughly and put on fire. Cook for 40 minutes over low heat. When the cucumbers let the juice go, remove the pan from the heat, pour in the vinegar, stir. Let it brew for 15 minutes.
