A fragrant salad of cucumbers with onions and dill without cooking is very tasty and healthy, all the ingredients are in great harmony. A jar of such a salad will help out in winter, when there is no time to prepare a cold snack. For such a cucumber preparation, you can even use overripe cucumbers. You just need to remove the seeds from them and cut off the tough skin.

Wash the cucumbers and place them in a bowl of cold water for 2 hours or more. After this procedure, the vegetables acquire a rich green color. Rinse them again and pat dry with a towel.

Cut off the tails of the vegetables and cut them into medium-thick rings. For a large cucumber, core with seeds and cut into half rings or quarters.
