When all the seams are ready, and there are still cucumbers left, you can experiment and cook a delicious oriental dish. Korean cucumbers are incredibly tasty and spicy. In the classic version, they are prepared with carrots. But if you don't like mixing these foods, then try the delicious carrot-free recipe.

We wash the cucumbers and cut them into four oblong pieces.

Mix vinegar with water.

In a separate container, mix vegetable oil, salt, sugar, pepper, as well as chopped cloves of garlic. Add water with vinegar to it and stir.

Fill the cucumbers with the resulting mixture and leave for 5 hours.

We put cucumbers in jars, pouring marinade on top. We put the cans in a saucepan. We cover them with lids. And pour some water into the pan, about 1/3. We sterilize the jars within 10 minutes. We roll up the lids.
