Delicious oriental pickles that can be prepared quickly and without sterilizing. Cucumbers are very juicy, crispy and spicy. It is a great addition to meat dishes and potatoes.

We wash the cucumbers thoroughly, cut them into longitudinal parts.

We clean and grind the carrots using a special grater for Korean carrots, if you do not have one, then use an ordinary one, but larger. Combine vegetables together in a deep bowl.

Grind the garlic through a press. We mix it with vegetable oil, sauce, salt and sugar.

Fill the cucumbers and carrots with the prepared mixture, stir thoroughly and leave in this form for a couple of hours.

After that, mix all the ingredients again and send them to the fire. When the mass boils, we continue to simmer it over low heat for 15 minutes.
