Take a bowl and mix the following ingredients in it - the remaining amount of salt, granulated sugar, seasoning for Korean carrots and garlic passed through a press. Next, pour in the vinegar and vegetable oil. We mix everything.

Put the prepared carrots to the cucumbers, evenly distribute the vegetables with your hands and then add the marinade. Mix everything thoroughly again. Cover the dish with a lid and leave to infuse for 2 hours. The vegetables should give off juice. During this time, we will prepare the jars and lids - we will sterilize them.

After a while, we put the vegetables on the fire. After boiling, cook for 15 minutes. During this time, the cucumbers will warm up and change their color.
