This recipe uses 1 liter cans. We wash them under hot water with soda and sterilize in any convenient way. Put garlic, dill, horseradish leaves, bay leaves, cherry and currant leaves on the bottom. Now place the cucumbers tightly, add mustard grains, allspice and tarragon. Next, put the leaves of currant, cherry, horseradish and dill again.

Cooking the brine. To do this, pour water into a saucepan, add salt, granulated sugar and vinegar to it. We send it to the fire, bring to a boil and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
step 4 out of 5
Fill cucumbers in jars with marinade. Now we cover the bottom of the pan with a towel and put the jars on it. Pour water up to the "shoulder", bring to a boil and sterilize for 7 minutes. We roll everything up with sterile lids and turn it upside down. We wrap it in a towel or a blanket, then leave it to cool completely for several hours or overnight. Store the cucumbers in a cool, dark place.

We open it in winter, put it on a plate and serve as an appetizer for the main course. Bon Appetit!
