Cucumbers under a nylon lid in a cold way for the winter

Each housewife prepares a large amount of various preservation for the winter. Still, what I cooked myself is much tastier and healthier than what is now sold in stores. I want to share the simplest, in my opinion, recipe for cucumbers under a nylon lid.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
For cold cooking cucumbers, select strong, medium-sized vegetables. Wash them well, and then put them in a deep container and cover with cold water. Leave to soak for about 2-3 hours. Rinse and dry the leaves of horseradish, grapes and cherries, as well as dill stalks. Peel the garlic and rinse under cool water.
step 2 out of 8
Wash the jar in which you will salt the cucumbers thoroughly in warm water with baking soda, and then sterilize in a water bath or in an oven. Place grape and cherry leaves and peeled garlic at the bottom of a sterile jar.
step 3 out of 8
Then add the dill stalks by cutting them into several pieces using scissors.
step 4 out of 8
Then drain and rinse the cucumbers under cold water. Fill the jar as tightly as possible with soaked cucumbers.
step 5 out of 8
Place horseradish leaves on top.
step 6 out of 8
Prepare the brine. Pour the required amount of cold water into a deep container, and then add the required amount of rock salt, mix well until the crystals are completely dissolved. Gently fill the jar with cucumbers with cold brine.
step 7 out of 8
Pour boiling water over the nylon lid.
step 8 out of 8
Close the jar well with a nylon lid. And then leave it at room temperature for a couple of days. Then move the jar of cucumbers to a cool, dark place for storage. You can also store these cucumbers in the refrigerator. These cucumbers will be ready to eat in about 3-4 weeks.

Bon Appetit!
