Cucumbers under a plastic cover for the winter

For lovers of natural pickled cucumbers, I strongly recommend using this recipe and preparing sweets for the winter. Cucumbers prepared in this way can be consumed as an independent snack or used to prepare your favorite salads.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
First of all, prepare all the required ingredients. For pickles, select small fresh vegetables. Wash them well, then put them in a deep container and cover with cold water. Leave to soak for about 1 hour.
step 2 out of 6
Wash the jar thoroughly with baking soda, and then sterilize in a water bath, microwave or oven. Rinse grape leaves and dill umbrella thoroughly under cold running water, shake off excess moisture and place on the bottom of a sterile jar. Peel the garlic, and then rinse in running water, chop thinly and send to a jar.
step 3 out of 6
Then drain the water and rinse the cucumbers under cold running water. Fill the jar with cucumbers, and put the remaining dill umbrella on top.
step 4 out of 6
Add the required amount of coarse salt.
step 5 out of 6
Fill with cold drinking water. Pour boiling water over the nylon cover. Close the jar tightly with a nylon cap, and then shake. Leave at room temperature for 2 days.
step 6 out of 6
Then move the jar of cucumbers to a cool, dark place for storage. These cucumbers can be kept in the refrigerator.

Bon Appetit!
