For sterilization, we need a large container, put a towel on the bottom of the container and put our jars of salad. Pour cold water into the container so that it covers the cans just above the middle and set over medium heat. Bring to a boil and sterilize for 10-12 minutes. After that, close the jars with lids, cover with a towel and let cool completely. Then we remove the seaming in a cool dark place for storage. Salad ready. It is recommended to chill it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes before use.
