Cold Aspirin Cucumbers

I want to share another recipe for cold cucumbers with aspirin. Cooking such a blank will not take much of your time. Cucumbers prepared in this way are crispy and appetizing. Such cucumbers are perfect for preparing, for example, vinaigrette.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Put the small cucumbers in a large container and cover with water. Leave it on for about 2-3 hours. Then rinse the cucumbers in cold running water. Peel the garlic and then rinse in cold water.
step 2 out of 5
Wash the bell peppers, and then cut into slices, after removing the core with the seeds. Rinse hot peppers as well, remove seeds if desired. Rinse horseradish, black currant and cherry leaves well under water, and then shake off excess moisture.
step 3 out of 5
Prepare the jars, rinse them thoroughly in warm water, and then sterilize in the microwave, oven, or water bath. Place a few leaves of black currant, cherries and horseradish, as well as cloves of garlic at the bottom of sterile jars. Peel the horseradish root and place in each jar. Place an umbrella of dried dill and a bay leaf in each jar. Also add a ring of hot pepper and a few allspice peas.
step 4 out of 5
Place the cucumbers in the jars as tightly as possible. Fill the empty places with slices of bell pepper. Prepare the brine. Pour the required amount of water into a deep container, and then add coarse rock salt and aspirin tablets. Mix thoroughly until completely dissolved. Fill the jars with cucumbers with the prepared brine, and then close them with tight nylon lids, after pouring boiling water over them.
step 5 out of 5
Place jars of cucumbers in the refrigerator or in a cool, dark place. These cucumbers are well stored in the basement or cellar. Cold-cooked cucumbers will be ready to eat in 30 days. Serve ready-made cucumbers with any hot dishes.

Bon Appetit!
