Wash the cans well with detergent or baking soda. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a separate saucepan. Sterilize the washed cans in a way convenient for you, in the microwave, in the oven or in a water bath. Rinse the leaves of horseradish, black currant and cherry, as well as dill umbrellas under water and shake off excess moisture.
Prepare a large, deep saucepan, cover the bottom with a tea towel. Using a special tool, carefully transfer the hot jars to the pan. Pour warm water over the hangers of the jars. Put the pot with the jars on the fire and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and sterilize the cucumber jars for about 10 minutes.
