Cucumbers with aspirin in 2 liter jars for the winter

With great pleasure I want to share a recipe for delicious cucumbers with aspirin in liter jars for the winter. This recipe has been passed down in our family from generation to generation. The cooking process is outrageously simple, and the result is delicious and crunchy cucumbers.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Wash the cans, sterilize in any way convenient for you. Rinse the leaves of black currant and horseradish well under cold water and shake off excess moisture. Put the required amount of greens in sterile jars. Peel the garlic, rinse under water and place on the bottom of the jars. Add black peppercorns to each jar. Then fill the jars with cucumbers as tightly as possible.
step 2 out of 6
Prepare the brine. Pour the required amount of salt into a small saucepan, then add cold water. Mix the brine thoroughly and pour over the cucumber jars. Cover the jar with a sterile lid and leave at room temperature for 2-3 days.
step 3 out of 6
Then remove the resulting foam.
step 4 out of 6
Put a special lid with holes on the jar, and drain the brine into a saucepan with a thick bottom.
step 5 out of 6
Put the saucepan with the brine on the fire and bring to a boil. Pour cucumber jars with hot brine. Crush an aspirin tablet and add to each jar. Tighten the jars with sterile lids, and then turn upside down. Cover with a warm blanket and leave to cool.
step 6 out of 6
Then turn the jars over and store them in a cool place. Serve ready-made cucumbers with aspirin.

Bon Appetit!
