Cucumbers with chili ketchup in 1.5 liter jars without sterilization for the winter

Garlic, bay leaves, dried dill, horseradish leaves, black peppercorns and hot green peppers are placed in jars. Cucumbers are laid out on top and everything is poured with boiling water. The water is poured out and a pour of chili ketchup, water, sugar and vinegar is added instead.

Wash the jars thoroughly and put in them garlic (it is better to chop or mash it coarsely), bay leaf, dried dill, horseradish leaf, black peppercorns and hot green peppers.

We select cucumbers according to the height of the jar. Wash them thoroughly, cut off the ends and soak them in ice water a couple of hours before cooking. We put them tightly in jars.

Pour boiling water over them, cover with a lid and let stand for about half an hour until they cool completely. Then we drain the water.

Pour drinking water into a suitable saucepan, add chili ketchup, granulated sugar, vinegar and salt to it. Bring to a boil and cook for a couple of minutes, until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved. Pour the finished filling into cucumber jars to the brim.

We roll up the lids, wrap the jars in a towel or blanket and leave to cool completely. Now we remove the cucumbers in a dark cool place and take them out in winter. This seam is perfect as an appetizer for a variety of dishes. Bon Appetit!
