Cucumbers with parsley and garlic for the winter

I want to share my favorite winter recipe for cucumbers with parsley and garlic. The appetizer turns out to be quite aromatic and juicy. Such cucumbers will perfectly decorate your festive table and will bring unforgettable pleasure to all your guests. Cucumbers of any size can be used to prepare this type of snack.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Wash the required amount of cucumbers thoroughly, then pat dry on a kitchen towel. Cut off the ends, and then cut lengthwise into 4 pieces, and then in half.
step 2 out of 9
Rinse the dill and parsley greens thoroughly under cold water, and then shake off excess moisture. Cut the dried greens as small as possible.
step 3 out of 9
Peel the garlic, then rinse under cold water. Pass the peeled garlic through a press or grate on a fine grater.
step 4 out of 9
Put the prepared ingredients in a deep container and mix well. Then add the required amount of salt, granulated sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar, as well as mustard and black pepper. Stir the vegetable mass again, cover or tighten with cling film. Then leave to marinate for an hour at room temperature.
step 5 out of 9
Prepare jars, it is best to use half-liter jars for a fragrant snack. Rinse them thoroughly in warm water and baking soda, and then sterilize in a way convenient for you - in the microwave, in the oven or in a water bath. Boil the lids in a separate saucepan or pour over boiling water.
step 6 out of 9
Put the cucumbers in sterile jars, and then pour the resulting juice.
step 7 out of 9
Cover the jars with sterile lids and place them in a large saucepan, cover the bottom of which with a kitchen towel. Pour warm water over the hangers of the jars. Put the saucepan with the contents over medium heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and sterilize the cucumber jars for 15 minutes.
step 8 out of 9
Carefully remove the hot cans, then use a seamer to roll up the lids, then turn them upside down. Wrap up in a warm blanket or terry towel and leave in this position until it cools completely. Then move the jars to a cool place for storage.
step 9 out of 9
Serve a fragrant snack with your favorite hot dishes.

Bon Appetit!
