I want to offer the simplest, in my opinion, recipe for cucumbers with tomato paste for the winter. To prepare an appetizing winter preparation, the minimum set of available ingredients is used. Cucumbers with tomato paste will perfectly complement your favorite hot dishes and add freshness with their summer colors.

You can take cucumbers of any size to prepare snacks, as long as they are strong. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly in cool running water, dry on a kitchen towel, cut the tails on both sides, then cut into not too thin slices.

Prepare the marinade. Put the required amount of tomato paste in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add black peppercorns and allspice. Pour in the required amount of drinking water. Stir thoroughly until the tomato paste is completely dissolved.

Then add granulated sugar and rock salt. Stir.

Add prepared cucumbers and mix well. Put the saucepan on moderate heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Wash the jars thoroughly with baking soda in warm water and sterilize in a way convenient for you - in a microwave, in an oven or in a water bath. Boil the lids in a saucepan or pour over boiling water. 2 minutes before readiness, pour table vinegar into the workpiece, stir and remove from heat.

Fill sterile jars with an aromatic cucumber snack with tomato paste.

Tighten the lids well. Turn hot cans with snacks upside down, wrap something warm and leave in this form until they cool completely for about 12-15 hours.
