Cold vodka cucumbers

I propose to cook cucumbers with vodka in a cold way. Cucumbers are crispy and very tasty, quite aromatic due to the use of spices and seasonings. The cooking process is outrageously simple, and the result is incredible deliciousness.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Wash the jars thoroughly and sterilize. Rinse the leaves of horseradish, black currant and cherry, as well as the umbrellas of dill, and then shake off excess moisture. Peel the garlic, rinse. Place the prepared leaves and herbs at the bottom of the jars. Choose dense cucumbers. Rinse thoroughly, dry and trim the ends. Fill the prepared jar with cucumbers as tightly as possible.
step 2 out of 5
Prepare the brine. Add three tablespoons of salt to the required amount of cold water, mix well until the crystals are completely dissolved, and then fill the jar with cucumbers.
step 3 out of 5
Cover the jar with cucumbers with a nylon lid, after pouring boiling water over it, and leave for three days at room temperature.
step 4 out of 5
After the white film appears, gently open the cover. Put a special lid with holes on the jar, drain the brine away. Dissolve the remaining tablespoon of salt in cold water and mix well. Pour cucumber jars with the prepared brine, and then add the required amount of vodka.
step 5 out of 5
Roll jars of cucumbers with sterile lids using a seaming machine. And then transfer to a cool, dark place for storage. After 2 weeks, the cucumbers will be ready to eat.

Bon Appetit!
