Pour the required amount of water into a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Then add the parsley, as well as the leaves of horseradish, black currant and cherry, previously washed under cold water. Add black peppercorns and bay leaves, add the required amount of salt. Stir well and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for a couple of minutes.
