If you want to achieve the effect of salted cask cucumbers, then this recipe is for you. Cucumbers under a nylon lid are exactly the same that the grandmother treated in the village. An unusual ingredient for preparing a cold snack is vodka. It gives an unusual flavor and also leaves the cucumbers crisp.

To prepare cucumbers in this way, it is not necessary to choose small identical cucumbers, you can also use those that have an ugly shape. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly in cold water, then dry and cut off the ends.

Wash the jars in warm water with baking soda, and then sterilize in a water bath. Rinse the leaves of horseradish, also black currant and cherries well under water, and then shake off excess moisture. Peel the garlic and then rinse under cold water.
