Prepare cucumbers in their own juice for the winter. Any cucumbers are suitable for seaming according to this recipe: both overgrown and not very even. In any case, the result is a great snack for the winter.

Wash cucumbers, soak in cold water for several hours for cucumber elasticity.

Add salt, sugar, ground pepper, garlic, passed through a press to the cucumbers. Pour vinegar and vegetable oil into the cucumbers, mix the cucumbers thoroughly. Let them infuse for several hours so that the cucumbers are soaked and let the juice flow.
