This recipe differs from other cucumbers in tomato by a special set of spices for each jar. Tomato filling for such cucumbers can be prepared from fresh tomatoes or tomato paste and use ready-made tomato juice. Cooking cucumbers with sterilization.

Pour the cucumbers with cold water for 2 hours. During this time, wash the jars with baking soda and microwave sterilize them. Peel the chives and cut them into thin slices. Wash the dill and horseradish leaves. In each jar, place the washed greens, garlic slices, laurel, a slice of chili and peppercorns.

Fresh tomatoes, if you do not have tomato juice or paste, scald with boiling water, peel and chop with a blender.

Wash the soaked cucumbers under running water and remove the tips. You can cut the cucumbers into arbitrary pieces. Put the prepared cucumbers compactly in jars with spices.

Pour the tomato juice into a saucepan, add the calculated amount of sugar and salt to it, stir and boil.

Place the jars in a large saucepan, covering the bottom with a towel. Fill the pot with hot water up to the level of the hanger. Close the jars with lids. Sterilize the cucumbers in the tomato within 10 minutes from the start of the boil and over low heat.
