I like to cook very much, and I especially like the process of conservation. I try to find a simple and quick recipe for myself every time, and so that the available ingredients are used for cooking. I offer a recipe for cucumbers in a tomato for the winter from my selection of favorites.

Prepare all the ingredients you need for a flavorful and quick snack. Wash young cucumbers thoroughly in cool running water, pat dry on a kitchen towel, cut the tails on both sides, then cut into slices. Peel the onions, rinse under water, cut into half rings. Put the prepared ingredients in a deep container.
Place the jars in a saucepan, cover the bottom with a towel, pour warm water over the hangers of the jars, put on fire, and sterilize 35-40 minutes after boiling. Gently remove hot cans and roll up with a seamer, turn upside down, wrap and leave to cool completely. Then store it in a cool, dark place.
