Often there are fruitful years for tomatoes, and then I use this awesome recipe. Cucumbers in tomato juice are very tasty and aromatic. A juicy snack flies off the table in a moment. First of all, this preparation ends and does not live up to the new year.

Prepare all the ingredients you need. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly in cool running water, cut the tails on both sides, then put them in a deep container and cover with cold water. Leave to soak for about 2 hours. Meanwhile, peel the garlic, rinse under cold water, and then cut into thin slices.

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, dry, and then chop until smooth using a food processor, meat grinder or blender. If you wish, you can first remove the skin by placing the tomatoes for a couple of minutes in pre-prepared boiling water, and then putting them in cold water.

Wash the jars thoroughly and sterilize in a way convenient for you - in the microwave, in the oven or in a water bath. Boil the lids or pour over with boiling water. Prepare the marinade. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour the chopped tomatoes, add granulated sugar, bay leaf, garlic, black peppercorns, allspice and salt.

Put the saucepan on fire. Pour in vegetable oil. Boil for 20 minutes, then remove from heat and pour in vinegar. Stir.
