Often there are fruitful years for tomatoes, and then I use this awesome recipe. Cucumbers in tomato juice are very tasty and aromatic. A juicy snack flies off the table in a moment. First of all, this preparation ends and does not live up to the new year.

Wash the jars thoroughly and sterilize in a way convenient for you - in the microwave, in the oven or in a water bath. Boil the lids or pour over with boiling water. Prepare the marinade. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour the chopped tomatoes, add granulated sugar, bay leaf, garlic, black peppercorns, allspice and salt.
Put the saucepan on fire. Pour in vegetable oil. Boil for 20 minutes, then remove from heat and pour in vinegar. Stir. Fill the jars with cucumbers, fill with hot marinade and roll up with sterile lids with a seaming machine. Turn it upside down, wrap it up and leave to cool completely for a day. Then store in a dark place.
