It is with great pleasure that I want to share a recipe for delicious cucumbers in tomato juice. The recipe is very simple and will surely appeal to everyone who does not like to “waste” their invaluable time on preparing winter preparations. The appetizer turns out to be insanely tasty - it is simply impossible to stop.

Make a cross-shaped incision on the tomatoes, place them in prepared boiling water for just a couple of minutes, and then transfer them to cold water. Peel off the skin carefully and remove the stalk. Cut the prepared tomatoes into several pieces and grind until smooth using a hand blender, food processor or meat grinder.
Wash the jars thoroughly and sterilize in the microwave or oven. Boil the lids or pour over with boiling water. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Prepare the marinade. Pour the resulting tomato juice into a saucepan with a thick bottom, add granulated sugar, garlic, black pepper and salt.
