Cucumbers in tomato paste without sterilization

Each housewife has a large number of recipes for winter preparations in her cookbook. I want to share my favorite winter recipe for cucumbers in tomato paste without sterilization. An appetizing snack will certainly brighten up your dining table.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
Prepare all the ingredients you need for a flavorful cucumber in tomato paste.
step 2 out of 10
Rinse sturdy cucumbers thoroughly in cold running water, pat dry using a kitchen towel, trim the tails on both sides, then cut into slices about 5 millimeters thick.
step 3 out of 10
Peel the onions, rinse under cold water, and then cut into thin rings or half rings. The cutting method is not critical.
step 4 out of 10
Peel the garlic, rinse under cold water, and then pass through a press, grate on a fine grater, chop with a blender or simply chop with a sharp knife.
step 5 out of 10
Wash the jars thoroughly and sterilize the way convenient for you - in the microwave, in the oven or in a water bath. Boil the lids in a saucepan or pour over boiling water. Prepare the marinade. Pour the required amount of drinking water into a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
step 6 out of 10
Add granulated sugar and coarse salt.
step 7 out of 10
Then pour in vegetable oil.
step 8 out of 10
Lay out the tomato paste, mix thoroughly until completely dissolved. Put the saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Add prepared cucumbers and onions and mix well. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Then add black peppercorns, chopped garlic, pour in vinegar. Stir and remove from heat.
step 9 out of 10
Fill sterile jars with an aromatic cucumber in tomato paste.
step 10 out of 10
Screw on carefully with sterile caps. Turn hot jars of snacks upside down, wrap something warm and leave in this state until they cool completely for about a day. When the snack has cooled completely, store it in a cool, dark place.

Bon Appetit!
