Cucumbers in tomato paste with garlic for the winter

I want to offer a delicious and insanely aromatic recipe for canned cucumbers in tomato paste with garlic for the winter. In our family, all the big lovers of spicy dishes, spices and seasonings, and of course, garlic is no exception. Therefore, this recipe has a special place in our home.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly in cool running water, cut off the ends on both sides, put in a deep container and cover with plenty of cold water. Leave to soak for 1-1.5 hours.
step 2 out of 10
Put the required amount of tomato paste into a deep metal container, pour in drinking water, mix thoroughly until it is completely dissolved. Pour in vegetable oil, add the required amount of granulated sugar and salt, stir and put on medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
step 3 out of 10
After the time has passed, remove the cucumbers from the water, rinse and dry again, placing them on a clean, dry kitchen towel, then cut into not too thin slices.
step 4 out of 10
Peel the garlic, rinse under cold water, and then pass through a press, grate on a fine grater or chop with a blender.
step 5 out of 10
Put prepared cucumbers, chopped garlic, black peppercorns in a boiling marinade and pour in the required amount of vinegar.
step 6 out of 10
Stir well and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
step 7 out of 10
Wash the jars thoroughly in warm water and sterilize in a way convenient for you - in a microwave oven, in an oven or in a water bath. Boil the lids in a saucepan or pour over boiling water from a kettle. Place allspice and peas on the bottom of sterile jars.
step 8 out of 10
Fill the prepared jars with a fragrant appetizer of cucumbers in tomato paste with garlic, cover with sterile lids and place in a prepared saucepan, the bottom of which is covered with a kitchen towel, pour warm water over the shoulders of the jars, put on fire, and sterilize for 10 minutes after boiling.
step 9 out of 10
Gently remove the hot cucumber jars in the tomato-garlic paste and tighten the lids well. Turn hot cans of snacks upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave in this position until they cool completely for about a day.
step 10 out of 10
After that, move the cooled jars with an insanely tasty snack to storage in a cool, dark place.

Bon Appetit!
