Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Wash the jar thoroughly and sterilize in a way convenient for you - in the microwave, in the oven or in a water bath. Boil the lid in a saucepan or pour over boiling water from a kettle. I sterilize jars in a water bath. Peel the garlic, rinse under cold water, and then cut into several pieces.
step 2 out of 8
At the bottom of a sterile jar, place a few cloves of chopped garlic, bay leaves, cloves, hot peppers, allspice and black peppercorns.
step 3 out of 8
Wash the cucumbers thoroughly in cool running water, pat dry on a kitchen towel, cut the tails on both sides, then cut them lengthwise into 4 pieces. Fill a sterile jar with prepared cucumbers.
step 4 out of 8
Put the required amount of tomato paste into a saucepan, pour in drinking water, mix thoroughly until smooth. Add the required amount of granulated sugar and salt, stir and heat over medium heat.
step 5 out of 8
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Then pour in the vinegar, stir and remove from heat.
step 6 out of 8
Pour the hot marinade over a jar of cucumbers.
step 7 out of 8
Cover with a sterile lid and place in a pre-prepared pan, cover the bottom of which with a kitchen towel, pour warm water over the shoulders of the jar, put on moderate heat, and sterilize 15 minutes after boiling.
step 8 out of 8
Gently remove the hot jar of tomato-filled cucumbers and screw well. Turn the hot jar with the winter blank upside down, wrap it in a warm blanket and leave it in this state until it cools completely for about a day. Then store it in a cool, dark place.

Bon Appetit!
