Okroshka without potatoes

According to this recipe, you can cook a light refreshing okroshka without potatoes, sausages and meat at all. Cooking with fresh cucumber, fresh herbs, radishes and boiled egg. Grind radish and cucumber on a coarse grater. We dilute okroshka with kefir and kvass and add horseradish or mustard for a piquant taste. Try it!

Peel the boiled eggs and cut into small cubes. Transfer them to a saucepan with the herbs.

Rinse green onions and dill with running water and remove excess moisture with a napkin. Then finely chop the greens, transfer to the soup pot, sprinkle with salt and grind well with a potato crush.
