Okroshka without meat

Okroshka without meat is an excellent dietary dish that is suitable for a lunch menu in the summer. Despite the lack of meat, it still remains quite nutritious and satisfying.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, boil the eggs hard-boiled. Peel and dice both of these ingredients.

Wash the radishes and cut into thin slices.
