Classic okroshka with whey

Whey is an ideal dietary product with low calorie content and many trace elements. I propose to cook classic okroshka with whey. Serum can be prepared by yourself or used ready-made.

First, wash the potatoes well and set them to boil. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Boil hard-boiled chicken eggs. Rinse green onions and dill thoroughly under running water and dry. Chop finely with a sharp knife. Put the chopped onion in a small container, add salt and mash with a crush.
