It is absolutely not difficult to prepare a cold soup with chicken meat, vegetables and herbs. All ingredients must be finely chopped and seasoned with sour-dairy product, if desired, diluted with mineral water.

Wash the potatoes, boil in a peel. Boil the eggs hard-boiled and cool in ice water for easy cleaning. Wash the radishes and cut the tails.

Cook chicken thighs for 30 minutes after stewing. Leave them to cool in the broth. Cut the meat into small pieces.

Put the greens in cold water for 2 minutes, then rinse under running water and chop finely. Transfer it to a deep plate. Pass the peeled garlic through a press, add salt and pepper, mix, crushing the herbs with a spoon. Set aside for 15 minutes.
