Okroshka with kefir and whey

I want to share a recipe for okroshka with kefir and whey. A light dish rich in herbs and vegetables. Promotes good digestion due to the fermented milk ingredients in the first course. A healthy dish will give you extraordinary pleasure. This is exactly the case when the dish is not only healthy, but also tasty.

Wash the potatoes first. Place it in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Cool and peel the boiled potatoes. Cut into medium cubes. Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled.

Wash cucumbers and radishes thoroughly. Dry. Trim the tails off the vegetables. Cut the cucumbers into strips.

Cut the radishes in the same way as the cucumbers.
