Okroshka on kefir and water

Nothing quenches thirst in summer and saturates like fresh fragrant okroshka on kefir and water. Everything in the soup is great: its taste, and the speed and simplicity of preparation, and the availability of seasonal ingredients. Probably for these reasons, it is considered the most popular summer soup.

Wash the potatoes, boil until tender, cool. Then peel it and cut into small cubes.

Boil eggs, cool and peel. Separate the yolks from the whites. Grind the yolks, cut the whites into small cubes.
