Okroshka is a fairly common and everyone's favorite summer dish, which is consumed cold. The dish turns out to be hearty and aromatic. Okroshka on kefir can be prepared not only with sausage, but also with other meat products.

Boil the jacket potatoes and hard-boiled eggs in advance. Cool and clean food. Cut into medium-sized cubes. Peel the sausage and cut in the same way. Wash and dry cucumbers, radishes, dill and green onions thoroughly. Finely chop the greens, cut the vegetables into cubes.

Take a deep bowl and lay out the prepared foods one by one.
