Okroshka on kefir with chicken

Okroshka is loved and cooked in every family. Okroshka is often present on the table in hot weather, it perfectly satisfies hunger and thirst. Prepared from inexpensive, readily available products. It's good to enjoy a chilled soup after a hard day's work.

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water in advance. Cool it down. Boil jacket potatoes and hard boiled eggs. Wash and dry the cucumbers well, peel with a vegetable peeler. Cut the peeled cucumbers into small cubes.
