Okroshka on kefir with radish

According to this recipe, you will cook classic okroshka on kefir with radish. Add a little boiled sausage and potatoes to it, but despite these products, okroshka will be low in calories. Yolks pounded with mustard will give it a special piquant taste.

Cook the jacketed potatoes and hard-boiled eggs until tender, and then cool them. During this time, prepare all the ingredients for okroshka.

Separate the yolks of the boiled eggs from the whites and place in a plate. Add sour cream, mustard and salt and pepper to your taste, and then grind well with a fork until smooth and leave for a while.

Cut the egg whites and boiled potatoes into small cubes and transfer them to the okroshka dish.

Cut boiled sausage of a good grade or boiled smoked sausage into the same pieces as the potatoes. Cut the washed cucumber and radish into the same cubes.
