According to this recipe, you can make a light and refreshing soup for a summer table - okroshka on ordinary bread kvass. You are invited to make it without meat, and grate the radish with cucumbers on a coarse grater, which will give the dish a special taste. Boil potatoes and eggs for okroshka.
