Okroshka on mineral water with citric acid

Delicious light okroshka per 1 liter of mineral water will help to diversify the diet when the usual dishes are already tired. The recipe uses citric acid instead of vinegar, and lemon juice can also be used.

Wash the potatoes, boil them in their skins, peel and cut into small cubes. Place the potatoes in a deep bowl or saucepan.
