Okroshka in meat broth

In this recipe, you are invited to cook okroshka in pork broth instead of traditional chicken. Pork broth will give okroshka a richer taste and satiety. It only needs to be chilled in the refrigerator and all fat is carefully removed from the surface. The rest of the okroshka ingredients remain the same.
